1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your LeadGenLite subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@leadgenlite.com.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to all features until your subscription expires
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the billing period
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time before it expires

2. Refund Policy

2.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.

2.2 Refund Conditions

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase
  • Refunds are only available for first-time subscribers
  • Renewal payments are not eligible for refunds
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Upon cancellation or refund:

  • We may retain anonymized usage statistics for service improvement
